"Hi Sheree,
I would like to express thanks and appreciation for our dinner at Villa Mallorca recently. To be able to sit down with my wife and four other couples on Jenny’s 40th birthday certainly was a treat. Going out for dinner is enjoyable, but to be able to do it “at home”, in such a beautiful house certainly made it a far more personal and intimate experience. Added to this was the quality of the home cooking, all of the three courses were delectable. We certainly hope to do it again as all five couples could not stop talking about it. The sunset, the room, the candles, all helped create a beautiful ambience. Thank you again to a master chef with a friendly, unobtrusive manner

"Sheree catered a Sat night dinner for my 6 girlfriends and I at Villa
Mallorca on our bi-annual girl's weekend away and I had to let others know what a wonderful meal it was. After being able to choose from a selection of dishes for each of the 3 courses, being served up these dishes whilecatching up over a few glasses of wine and being cleaned up after we all agreed it was a fantastic way to spend a night. The prawn entree was a light and tasty start followed by the melt in your mouth beef with my favorite, those scalloped potatoes in ramekins, oohhhh, and of course the sticky date, need I say more!! Thanks Sheree you are a wonderful cook and the perfect, very discreet host!

The Villa was amazing, spacious and homely and the catering was plentiful and enjoyed by all.
I would highly recommend Villa Mallorca as the perfect corporate escape.

"Thank you Sheree for contributing to a wonderful weekend with our children (grown up!) at Villa Mallorca on the occasion of Coralie’s 60th birthday. The dinner you prepared was the highlight of the weekend which was part of a two week long celebration of her milestone, which also included a lunch upstairs at “The Stokehouse”, and lunch at Montalto Winery restaurant, so you are in illustrious company! Sorry we made your job a bit more difficult with our special dietary needs, your efforts in this regard were very much appreciated. Thank God sticky date pudding does not contain nuts!

Thank you for your kind words but more importantly, thank you for making my night wonderful and stress free.
Your food was of restaurant quality, both in taste and presentation. The eye fillet is still talked about to this day - it being tender and delicious. The grilled prawns are now on the must make at home list and the sticky date - those before me were right - its to die for!

"Sheree catered for my hens weekend for a group of 10 - the food was delicious and everyone there were constantly complimenting the dinner. I have to say it definitely exceeded expectations! Hard to really say what was the best but I think the sticky date pudding may have nudged out the roast pork by a whisker...it was to die for. And to top off a great night Sheree left the kitchen cleaner than it was when she arrived. A complete expert in her field and an absolute pleasure to deal with
